A big thank you to everyone who is joining us on Sunday 11th June either as a stallholder or as a volunteer, it’s going to be a fabulous day and the Fair Day Team can’t wait!
Just a few updates for you:-
Site Passes will be issued between the 2nd and 5th June via email to all stallholders who have:-
- Provided their Public Liability Insurance documentation (which covers the 11th June 2017)
- Paid their stall fees
Your site pass will advise you of the time you need to arrive at Fair Day to set up and which entrance to go to.
If you have not done the above you will not receive a site pass to access the fair. If you have done the above and have not received your site pass by the 6th June, please contact the team via email@example.com
Volunteer Stewards –
Steward Packs are being emailed to all volunteer stewards, if you haven’t received an email by the 1st June please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
